The standard lid knob delivered with our barbecue pans resists temperatures up to 200°C. Our stainless-steel lid knob can be used at higher temperatures. Use the stainless-steel lid knob, available in two sizes, for temperatures above 200°C. The smaller lid knob is designed for small barbecue pans or Dutch ovens. The larger lid knob is for medium and large barbecue pans or Dutch ovens.
