Our customers have asked for it and here he is! The Yoder Smokers YS1500s Pellet Grill has redefined the word versatile. We've built in the new Yoder Smokers ACS Adaptive Control System with two integrated food probes and a new ceramic ignition system. The integrated heat management system (HMS) that was perfected in our offset smokers is now available for pellet smokers! The HMS gives the pit-master excellent temperature control from one side to the other, making it easy to grill a pile of steaks, fill it with butts and briskets or cook an entire competition on it. Mounted on our competition chassis with 10" pneumatic tyres, the YS1500s has a special appearance and unrivalled mobility.
As of now, it comes with the 2-piece Heat Diffuser!
