The YS640s competition grill is fully equipped with the NEW Yoder Smokers ACS Control System with two integrated food probes and a new ceramic ignition system. The main body and electronics of the cooker are all the same, but when you add the competition chassis and stainless steel front panels, it becomes even more versatile and clearly manoeuvrable - perfect for someone who works in a different location every weekend. The competition chassis has 8" pneumatic wheels, two of which hold the cooker in place, and a set of tie-downs to keep it stationary in your trailer.
As of now, it comes with the 2-piece Heat Diffuser!
